I finally got my sh*t together and opened an etsy shop. Its really a way of forcing myself to be creative more consistantly, rather than becoming an online marketing millionaire.

I cant remember how to link without writing the link. Durrr.
Have a look if you like. Its nothing fancy, just the basics.
In other news, Im planning a similar piece to the cat-star drawing but bigger. And better. With loads more colour and depth. I want people to feel the pain of thousands of tiny little shapes and symbols, all hand drawn in the middle of the night while everyone sleeps and I can finally get some work done round here. Ill post a sketch of proposed pic soon!
Ps. Luna turned 2 last week. I have a 2 year old daughter. She is so amazing and drives me nuts all at the same time. Being a mum is bonkers :)
‘Your hair is on fire’.
‘Yeah? Well, so is yours.’
Finally finished this little design. Cats stars and colour, what more is there to life? Oh, tea of course :)
Card designs!
I decided to revisit the style I did for Lunas picture last year for a potential valentine card design. I rather like this, but Im still so colour shy I dont know where to take it next. ‘Red hearts!’ I hear you shout. But then what about the hair? And the scarf? Hmm.
The colours on this are so pretty. They remind me of flowers in window boxes of old English pubs. But you cant really see them which is such a shame, so Ive scanned it to see if thats any better —hold that thought…
mmm… Working progress.. Was quite happy with it until my partner looked at it and said “you’re a stan?” …enough said.
I made this for a friend of mine who’s daughter is getting christened tomorrow. Im quite happy with the way it came out but more than anything I am totally excited about the possibilities this style has potential for… (more to come)
